Built in 1900, this Historic Queen Anne Victorian house has two full floors of dedicated workspace. Join us in one of our many coworking areas or work outside on our lovely wrap-around porch that was freshly redecorated!
Relax and pour yourself a hot cuppa local coffee as you refocus and reconnect with yourself. Bookable private meeting space is also available for members and the public.
While your children are cared for onsite in our onsite childcare program or Mini Makers™ Preschool, you can find an open space in one of our many rooms, get settled in, and dive into whatever project the day holds. It's your time to get creative and connected in our collaborative community.

Our main gallery space has valuted ceilings and lots of natural light! It's the perfect spot to make new connections and get work done in a social atmosphere. It is also available to rent by the half-day and full-day when we are not open for coworking.
Our third floor Conference Room is a noise-free zone with additional seating and sunny window seats and an adjacent bathroom. This level can be reserved for up to 20 guests and is bookable for members and the general public by the hour, half day, or full-day. Learn more about meeting space and event rentals here.

We also have a small kitchenette with access to a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, and space to make coffee.
In our Mini Makers™ Preschool, your children enjoy their time playing, learning, and forming friendships in their early years. We have designed a full-day curriculum for students ages 2-5 years to teach character education and pre-academic skills through play and integrated learning.
Our Mini Makers™ Studio is an onsite childcare program that is developmentally designed for infants and young children ages 3 months to 2 years. Our daily schedule includes a variety of developmental activities, including art, music, movement, and free play as well as a quiet time each day for naps and rest. We also have a cozy space with a rocking chair available for infant feeding as well as a private rooms available onsite for pumping as well.
Located conveniently off Business 80/Highway 50 in Midtown Sacramento, we're an easy drive from just about anywhere in the Greater Sacramento region! Free two-hour street parking is available along 21st Street and the surrounding areas as well as free 10-hour parking available under the 21st Street overpass just one block away.
